Use on the soles of the feet at night and at any time for other parts of the body. For maximum utilization and benefit, keep patches on for at least 7 hours. Place patch bag containing powder with printed side facing the sticky surface of the enclosed plaster sheet. Apply to the desired location. The powder in the patch bag will turn a deeper brown colour after use and have a sticky texture.
